Belgium has always played a vital part when it comes to comics and electronic music. Why it is like that I have no idea. This track first hit my earwaves in 1988 on Danish National Radio P3, where Kim Schumacher gave it a spin. I was instantly hooked on it’s infectious and naughty nature. Kick it like it’s 1999, or even better, 1988 boys and shemales!

Italy’s been offering up some proper disco stompers over the years. Rambla Boys have been kicking about since 2007, consisting of 2 DJs and 2 VJs, so they know the 1 0 1 on getting the party started. Recently they release their Valderrambla EP. A nice suite of summerly tracks. Especially Cocomero has done it to me. Check out, chug in, and let it roll!

Our friends from Drop Out Orchestra actually did another stunning remix. This time they spice up an already incredibly good tune from Jadoo, Voodoo Love out on Danny Was A Drag King. This should be on all dancefloors making sure that nobody bumps into one of those early winter depressions. Nuff said!

Hot & Cold never really made it big, nevertheless this infectious ditty from 1988 has stuck to my mind ever since I heard it the first time on Kim Schumacher’s radioshow Studio 88. Enjoy, party people!

Smoke and mirrors are the two main ingredients in magic. It’s also a track by Danish duo, Shanghai. Rosa Lux  (whose album Monsters you shouldn’t miss!)went and did a sublime remix which has lit up my weekend no end! Have a listen!
